Individual & Couples Coaching
Traditional couples therapy has an estimated 99% fail rate. Counselors are limited in what they are allowed to say, and the process ends up being driven by couples' commitment not only to show up, but to work through the inevitable messes that arise between sessions.
Without intermediate support, those messes become huge obstacles. This often makes the next session a waste, infested with drama and blame, as the therapist spends the whole time untangling the argument.

I am not restricted by traditional counseling licensures because I’m a coach, not a therapist or counselor. I can meet with a client outside my office and at all hours of the day or night. AND I DO!
A client in crisis can call or text me at any hour, day or night, and on weekends. If the situation warrants, I’ll even drive you to the ER, call the police for you, or hop on a plane to come to you. I make the time to take that call, and we work through the issue. It’s in my contract, my guarantee to you!
Been there, done that
Years ago, I was that arguing wife, convinced from my private meetings that the counselor sided with me. I was smug in my self-deception, and was more into blaming my mate than rebuilding our relationship.

That counseling taught me a lot – especially what NOT to do. Those failed sessions and the lack of results eventually made me determined to prevent others from suffering the same anger, misery, and heartache. No one should ever go through what I did.
My sessions are upbeat and positive. They inspire couples to make progress every day between meetings, in manageable, incremental steps. If one partner of a couple wants to start coaching but the other is resistant, I will take on the willing client. When the resistant partner sees positive change in the other, they usually join the sessions.

Additionally, if a child has been affected by the situation, I offer my coaching services to children 6 years of age and up.
